POLICIES

Deposits Required:

ROOMS: 50% of total amount required if staying more than one night.  Full amount of total required if staying for only one night. Balance due upon arrival. Cash, Visa and Mastercard accepted at check-in only.

Apartments: 50% of total amount is required at time of booking.  Balance must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to arrival date.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

ROOMS:  Room Deposits refundable if at least 7 days notice is given before date of arrival, minus a $25 service charge.

Apartments: Apartment deposits refundable only IF rented to another party, minus a $30 service charge.

Smoking is permitted on our large wraparound porch only.

No checks accepted for final payment.  Cash, Visa and Mastercard accepted.

MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO MAKE AN ONLINE RESERVATION

Guests under the age of 21 will be required to pay a security deposit in cash upon check-in and must provide photo ID.
